Codex Lost and the Damned

This codex is based off the original Lost and the Damned codex, with updates to take into account the changes to the imperial guard’s layout and the new units, as well as to take the focus away from the marines side of chaos. It seems likely that the original list was padded out with allied choices from the chaos space marine codex in order to enable players to collect a playable army in time for the Eye of Terror campaign, so now that latd players have had enough time to collect a full army, various marine units have been removed and replaced by many more non-marine units. The list is also designed so that players can represent a mutant cohort containing just mutants, or a traitor guard regiment, or just a random assortment of chaos degenerates assembled together under the leadership of a powerful warlord. Such a list is deliberately set up to be very diverse and unpredictable, without containing anything that could be considered too powerful.

The Traitor General is not accompanied by any veterans or regimental advisors.

Costs 30pts.

May infiltrate.

Is an Independent Character.

Has Krak grenades.

May purchase carapace armour and/or camo cloaks for +2pts each.

May be given one of the following marks: Khorne for +10 points, Tzeentch for +15 points, Nurgle for +20 points, Slaanesh for +5 points.

May replace his close combat weapon with a daemon weapon for +25pts.

May carry a personal icon for +5pts.

May be given wings for +20pts or a daemonic steed for +30pts.

HQ: Rogue Psyker

Same as codex witch hunters (p40) except that:

May be given one of the following marks: Tzeentch for +30 points, Nurgle for +20 points, Slaanesh for +5 points.

May replace one or more powers with Doombolt for +5pts, Bolt of Change (if psyker has mark of Tzeentch) for +10pts, Nurgle’s Rot (if psyker has mark of Nurgle) for +15pts, Lash of Submission (if psyker has mark of Slaanesh) for +20pts, or Warptime, Wind of Chaos or Gift of Chaos for +25pts.

May carry a personal icon for +5pts.

May be given wings for +20pts or a daemonic steed for +30pts.

HQ: Mutant Warlord

Costs 85 Points

• Take firearm for +5 points or flamer or heavy stubber for +10 points.
• Take scaly skin (reducing Initiative to 4 and increasing Save to 4+) for +10 points.
• Take personal icon for +5 points.
• Take wings for +25 points.
• May be given one of the following marks: Khorne for +10 points, Tzeentch for +15 points, Nurgle for +20 points, Slaanesh for +5 points.

Costs 55 Points.

• May replace close combat weapon with lasgun or laspistol for free, a bolt pistol for +1 point, a twin-linked bolter for +5 points or a combi-weapon or plasma pistol for +10 points.
• Take melta bombs for +5 points.
• Take personal icon for +5 points.
• Take familiar for +5 points.
• Take wings for +20 points, or daemonic steed for +30 points.
• Take Bloated for +5 points, Burly/brawny/goatheaded for +5 points, Horrifying/hypnotic/brightly coloured for +5 points, or Leaping/floating (may not be taken with wings or daemonic steed) for +10 points.
• May be given one of the following marks: Tzeentch for +30 points, Nurgle for +20 points, Slaanesh for +5 points.

Same as ogryn squad from codex imperial guard (p94) except that:

They cost 45pts/model.

They are armed with a 2-handed close combat weapon instead of a ripper gun (+2 Strength in close combat).

May be Bloated, Burly/brawny/goatheaded or Horrifying/hypnotic/brightly coloured for +5 points/model.

May purchase a chaos icon at the following points cost: Chaos Glory: +10pts, Khorne: +30pts, Tzeentch: +40pts, Nurgle: +50pts, Slaanesh: +20pts.

The bone’ead is called a big boss.

Elites: Possessed Traitors

Cost 12 Points/Model.

Elites: Chaos Space Marines

Elites: Veteran Traitors

Same as codex witch hunters (p41) except that:

Veteran Traitors cost 9 points/model.

They have BS 4 & Ld 7.

Instead of only 1 model being able to upgrade to a flamer, meltagun etc., 3 models may do so. In addition, one of these models may upgrade their weapon to a heavy flamer instead for +20pts.

May purchase a chaos icon at the following points cost: Chaos Glory: +5pts, Khorne: +25pts, Tzeentch: +30pts, Nurgle: +35pts, Slaanesh: +15pts.

The Agitator may be equipped with melta bombs for +5 points.

The Agitator may replace his/her lasgun with a laspistol for free, a bolt pistol for +1 point, a twin-linked bolter for +5 points or a combi-weapon or plasma pistol for +10 points.

The Agitator may be equipped with a close combat weapon for free, a power weapon for +10 points, or a power fist for +15 points.

May purchase one of the doctrines from the Veteran Squad entry from codex imperial guard.

 

TROOPS

Troops: Traitors

Same as codex witch hunters (p41) except that:

Traitors cost 7 points/model.

May purchase a chaos icon at the following points cost: Chaos Glory: +5pts, Khorne: +20pts, Tzeentch: +25pts, Nurgle: +30pts, Slaanesh: +15pts.

The Agitator may be equipped with melta bombs for +5 points.

The Agitator may replace his/her lasgun with a laspistol for free, a bolt pistol for +1 point, a twin-linked bolter for +5 points or a combi-weapon or plasma pistol for +10 points.

The Agitator may be equipped with a close combat weapon for free or a power weapon for +10 points.

Troops: Mutants

Same as codex witch hunters (p41) except that:

They cost 6 pts/model.

1 Mutant may be given one of the following icons: Chaos Glory for +5 pts, Khorne for +20 pts, Tzeentch for +25 pts, Nurgle for +30 pts, Slaanesh for +15 pts.

The Mutant Boss may be equipped with melta bombs for +5 points.

The Mutant Boss may replace his/her lasgun with a laspistol for free, a bolt pistol for +1 point, a twin-linked bolter for +5 points or a combi-weapon or plasma pistol for +10 points.

The Mutant Boss may be equipped with a close combat weapon for free or a power weapon for +10 points.


Troops: Plague Zombies

Only 1 hellhound/ devil dog/ bane wolf may be taken.

May be given Daemonic Possession for +20pts.
